Shipping & Return
Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days subject to payment and stock availability. We do ensure to dispatch your order the day we receive it; however if it is a busy period it may take up to 3-4 working days. In the unlikely event of a delay in dispatching your items, we will advise you via e-mail.
Postage and Packaging charges are as follows:
UK
£6.50 Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery. The parcel should arrive within 1-3 working days and will require a signature upon receipt.
Europe
Please contact us for rates. We use Royal Mail International Signed For. The parcel should arrive up to 3-5 working days and will require a signature upon receipt.
Worldwide
International Deliveries: Please contact us for rates as these vary by country
Delivery outside the EU
If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union you will be responsible for any customs or import duties imposed once the package reaches your destination. We cannot determine the charges that may be imposed and therefore cannot be liable for them.
Parcels not received
We must be informed of parcels not arriving given up to the maximum date of delivery as stated above. Please e-mail us and we will endeavour to trace the package and inform you.
Returns/Exchange Policy
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order either by e-mail (orders@jazelz.com) or via telephone (07957 644573) quoting your name, address and ordered items. All items must be returned in new, unworn and resalable condition with original garment tags attached. ‘Jazelz’ will not accept items which appear to be worn and/or with garment tags removed. If all conditions are satisfied we will be happy to grant a full exchange/refund.
Exchange – can be made at the same value or above plus postage and packaging.
Refund – ‘Jazelz’ will credit the original purchaser’s card for the total amount paid.
Goods returned to ‘Jazelz’ are at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for lost packages.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days upon receipt of the goods you have ordered. ‘Jazelz’ will provide a full refund of the price paid for the goods excluding postage and packaging. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing and return the products to us in the same condition in which you received them.
